Hi, I’m Terrica Lynn Smith!

I’m confident in the wealth and income-creating power that Real Estate has, no matter your background because I experienced it first-hand! The odds were stacked against me from childhood… And it’s a miracle that I’ve become as successful as I am today! 

However, it wasn’t without hard work and determination. 
Having been sold by my mother at the age of 5 to pay a debt to her drug dealer, my childhood was filled with abuse, neglect, and poverty.

Hopping from foster home to foster home, each one just as unstable as the last, I finally hit my lowest point in my teenage years. I was in New Orleans, a homeless teen mom, sleeping under a bridge. It was there, with my son, that I finally had my breakthrough.

That day I promised him that I would do everything in my power to create a life for him that I had never seen before. One filled with comfort, wealth, and everything he deserved!

It was there that things began to turn around. Now, 17 years later, thanks to hard work and God’s protection I can proudly list my accomplishments.

I went from what seemed like a hopeless situation to:

  • Published author
  • Eric Thoms-certified speaker
  • Owner of the largest Real Estate crowdfunding company in Louisiana
  • Seasoned Real Estate investor with over 700 holdings
  • ​Founding developer of Madeline Cove, a $14 million dollar mixed-use development
But by far what I’m most proud of is my blissful marriage of 17 years and 4 beautiful children!

My vehicle for success was Real Estate. However, with my background, I’m sure you can guess that when I first started… Real Estate was completely foreign to me!

I didn’t understand how to create cash flow, what assets were, how to find an investment property, or what the acquisition process was.

I also didn’t have a mentor around to help me… The easy path was never mine to take! So, I began to learn the Real Estate game the hard way: through trial and error. I made many mistakes along the way but learned just as many lessons.

My goal now is to help new Real Estate investors by giving them the mentorship and guidance I wish that I had…
